Petronelle Gurine Wilhelmina Wiig married Gunerius Olsen and had eight children. On the 1900 census for Tune, Østfold, it shows her as using only Wilhelmina as her given name.
She must be the sister referred to as Mina during Mathias' trip to Norway in 1925. It also shows the family as Methodists, which is notable, since Norway was a church state, and most were Evangelical Lutherans. Methodists were called Dissenters, and their baptism records sometimes were kept separately.
On 25 January 1906 Petronelle emigrated to Portland, Maine, USA and then lived in Berlin, Coos County, New Hampshire. A daughter Marie emigrated on 26 July 1907 to live in the same area before moving on to Canada and a descendant of hers is still living in Canada. Petronelle Gurine Wilhelmina's great grandson is named Bernard Loken.
